WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 1ST - 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join us in ringing in 2025 with a powerful and intentional start to the New Year. Cari and Britt will mindfully guide you through 108 sun salutations - broken down into 4 sections with each part dedicated to a particular theme and focus - while DJ Styler will provide music and meditation prompts.

Plosky’s deli will have mimosas and oj toasts ready for you along with bagels, lox, and all the fixings.

Bring a journal, writing utensil, an open mind and heart. Let’s flow!
