4 week prenatal series with janet persson
Tuesday, October 13th - November 3rd : 4:15 - 5:30 pm
A mindful, all-levels prenatal and postpartum yoga class rooted in Anusara-inspired alignment, breath, and the connection of body, mind, and spirit.
Guided by Janet Persson, this series is designed to support the changing body through pregnancy and the transition into postpartum, each class weaves together intentional movement, strength, stability, nervous system awareness, and space to slow down and connect within.
Inspired by the five elements - Space, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air - our practice explores creating space, finding your foundation, moving with fluidity, connecting to your inner strength, and returning to the breath.
Come as you are. Connect with your body and baby. Leave feeling grounded, strong, supported, and empowered.
Cost is $115 for 4 sessions or drop in for $35 (not valid with current passes, must be purchased separately)
