Emily White is a playful soul that loves adventure and digging deep. Her passion lies in helping her clients know their body better, move with more and ease and tap into their resilient strength. Yoga has served as Emily’s pathway back to balance after countless injuries and setbacks.
Her first 200 YTT in 2013 with Nova Loverro offered her a deep dive into alignment, breath and simply embodying the practices of yoga. Since then she’s been soaking up more yoga goodness through yoga trainings including Kula’s Vinyasa 200 YTT, fitness certifications and deeper somatic work. Expect a moderately paced class with ample time time to breathe, connect to your support, mindfully explore postures and open to a deeper expression of yourself. 💚
