JODI HUFFMAN

 

Jodi has been teaching yoga since 2012 and practicing since 2005. Jodi has explored many styles of yoga over the years and her teaching style is heavily influenced by ashtanga and vinyasa power yoga. In her classes you can expect a strong vinyasa flow with a focus on alignment, breathwork and mindful awareness of the present moment.

Jodi has a playful energy when she teaches and enjoys offering a practice that allows her students a way to connect more deeply with themselves. Outside of the studio, Jodi works as an Early Childhood Therapist and loves the connection to her community she gets through her work as a yoga teacher and therapist.
