Join Cari for a two hour specialty class designed to stretch your quads and bliss your hips! This class is all about finding openings in your body that are sometimes hard to tap into. We will start with a steady vinyasa flow to help you feel energized and follow with a deep series of hip openers. We will examine and understand micro-movements which will offer an insight to how all of our bodies are built differently and deepen in various ways. Whether you have the ‘tightest hips around’ or can lay in Frog Pose without flinching, this class is sure to leave you feeling blissed out.
